WORK KINGDOM EMAIL is used to contact system users only. You must have a registered profile in order to use the email functions. If you would like to email someone whom is not a registered user, please use the INVITE COLLEAUGUES function.
You may only send emails to WorkKingdom users. If you would like to email a non-user, you must invite them to join WorkKingdom.

At the top of your home page you will notice an icon labeled
INBOX. If you have any new email there will be a number beside the icon indicating how much email you have i.e.
INBOX(1). Clicking this icon will take you to your inbox where you will be able to see the name of the user (shaded in blue) who sent the email as well as the subject of the email (in black font). To open the email you need to click on the subject. Every email in your inbox will have an icon that shows you its status i.e.
NEW, READ, REPLIED.

Beside the subject line of each email you will notice an
X icon. When you click this icon the message will be deleted. A
EMAIL DELETED notification will pop up at the top of the screen to confirm that the message has been deleted.

Your profile description will allow useres to search and locate you. Be sure to use specific words that describes who you are, what you do and what your looking for to recieve optimal results. NOTE: Alerts, and search qeuries are based on your description.
Below your personal logo/picture you will see an
EDIT icon in red. Clicking this icon will take you to the edit page. To achieve maximum impact on your profile page you should complete every field. Each field may be edited. Simply enter or delete the information in the field and hit the
UPDATE icon at the bottom of the screen.

3. In your edit menu, you can edit both logo and personal photos. Click on
Browse, select your desired photo and select
Upload.

EDIT PROFILE page you may disable your account by clicking on the
DISABLE ACCOUNT icon at the bottom of the page. By clicking on this icon your account will be immediately de-activated. In order to re-activate your account you must contact support@workkingdom.com.

Requests are a staple of the Work Kingdom system, An ongoing data exchange system that allows users to quickly show interest in a fellow users profile.
WorkKingdom allows you to interact with other users in several ways. To initiate contact with another user you must first show interest by requesting their permission. You may view requests from other users by clicking on the VIEW MY REQUESTS heading located under your profile image. A number beside this icon indicates the number of requests awaiting your response i.e. VIEW MY REQUESTS(9) means there are 9 requests waiting for you.
This indicates that another user wants to be added as one of your colleagues, notifications of this request can be found in the
View my Requests section under your public profile picture and also under your
Requests area. Once accepted, this user will have access to your full profile page. You may either
CONFIRM, INGORE OR EMAIL the member. You may view details about the user who is making the request by clicking on their name.

This indicates that another user wants further info or a quote on your products and/or services. You may
MESSAGE the user for further information or
CLEAR the request. Clicking on the users name will give you more information on the nature of their business.

PAGE indicates that another user is interested in your profile. This is the quickest and easiest way to show interest in another users’ company. Once you have selected the profile you are interested in. Under the Profile picture select
Page, then
Commit.

To view a page, it can be found in the
View my Requests section under your public profile picture and also under your Requests area. Simply click on the
View My Requests, Under
Page Requests you can view who has paged you. You can then
email or
ignore this request. .

This is a sections where you allow trusted users to view your entire profile. It’s a qucik link to the users you communicate with most. You must request or accept a user in order to become colleaugues.
You may find colleagues by searching for products and services. When you find a user that you would like to add as a colleague simply click on the
ADD COLLEAGUE icon and a request is immediately sent to them. It is up to the discretion of the user whether they accept the request or not.

VIEW COLLEAGUES icon a popup list of all your colleagues will appear.

View Colleagues page you may select any of your colleagues by simply scrolling down and clicking on their name. From here you are able to view their profile, email them or page them. You may also

Make Private/Public, or
Request the colleagues on your list.

WorkKingdom wants to allow users full control over what other users see. For this reason we added a
Privacy Function which prevents other users from viewing your full colleague list. To hide any of your colleagues simply select their name from your list then click the
Make Private icon.

In case you decide that you no longer want to hide a colleague you simply need to select their name from the list then click the
Make Public icon.

This area is where users can house catalouges,pictures. This is not a price list. Do not include prices in this area.
This is where WorkKingdom users may upload photos, logos and catalogues to their profile. All of your colleagues will be able to view your albums.

To add an album to your profile page simply select
ADD ALBUM, fill in all of the fields then select
ADD.

To upload photos into an album simply select the album and click on the
BROWSE icon. Select the image you wish to add and select
OPEN. Repeat this step as many times as needed in order to upload multiple images. Once all of the desired photos are selected, you must click the
UPDATE icon.

EDIT ALBUMS icon and delete, change or add the desired information. When you are finished, select
UPDATE.

EDIT PICS IN THIS ALBUM icon. From there, you may select the picture you wish to edit. Once you have finished adding or deleting the desired information click on the
UPDATE icon.

MAKE PICTURE ALBUM COVER icon. This picture will now appear as your album cover.

Our Search feature is found on the top right of the page. Simply enter in the info you are looking for (company, product, person, service) and click enter.
WorkKingdom has created a unique feature to facilitate associations between members. Our ALERT feature allows users to gain relevant business knowledge of potential business matches quickly and effortlessly.

Each WorkKingdom member is asked to create a description of themselves and their company upon registration. WorkKingdom is then able to match your description with those of other members and alert you to potential colleagues, suppliers, customers and competitors.

On your profile page along the top row you will see an
ALERTS icon. A number beside this icon indicates the number of new alerts i.e.
ALERTS(7). If you click on this icon you will be redirected to your alerts page. Here the profile of the match will be displayed. The criteria for the match will be highlighted in red. If you would like to contact the member simply click on the
EMAIL icon, or you can click on
ADD COLLEAGUE to notify them that you wish to become a colleague and view their entire profile. If you wish to disregard the alert, select the
REMOVE MATCH icon.

To add an alert keyword, simply click on the
Alerts tab on the top of the page. Click the
add button in
green, enter the word you would like as your keyword and click
add. The word you selected will appear below
Alerts Keywords. You can enter more than one word to achieve maximum benefits.
To delete and alert keyword, simply click on the
Alerts tab at the top of the page. Under
Alerts Keywords, find the word you wish to remove and click the
red X to delete.

Trade Central is an open trade market where members can post products and serivces.
Trade central is a complete b2b trade directory. All members are encouraged to use this feature and add there products/services. Trade central can be viewed by anyone visiting Work Kingdom.com. This is an ideal way to promote products and services to existing and non existing members.
Trade Central can be accessed by Clicking on the Trade Central tab found at the top of the page.
To search Trade Central, enter the word in which you would like to search and select the category then hit enter.
You can also search by clicking the desired category and/or sub category.

Click on
View My Trades found at the top left of the page under the profile picture. Click on
New found at the top right of the screen. Enter all required fields (pictures are recommended but optional) and click
Create.

View My Trades, find the ad you want to edit. Click on the
edit icon found to the right of the ad. Edit the desired info and click
Update.
To delete an ad click on the
View My Trades, find the ad you want to delete. Click on the

The Privacy features allows the user to control what colleagues see when viewing there profile.
For optimal privacy results, please follow the PRIVACY GUIDELINE.
When receiving a colleague request, users are asked to
CONFIRM or
IGNORE the colleague. Simply click
CONFIRM to give the user access to your profile.

When viewing the profiles of your colleagues you will notice a
Make Private heading located under the profile picture. To
HIDE a colleague from others click
Make Private. Then click
commit and there profile will be hidden when others view your page.

All of the colleagues that you have accepted will be able to access your full profile. They will also be visible to your other colleagues. A heading
Make Public can be found in the heading under the profile picture. If a profile has been made private, you may still make that profile public to anyone viewing your profile. To

In order to help you find the products and services that your business needs WorkKingdom has established an automated Buy Leads feature. Simply enter the item or service you are in need of and looking to buy, Work Kingdom will automatically send out a notice to relevant members worldwide.
To add an buy lead click on the

OK.

The bulletin board is a quick and easy tool used for daily business communication e.g. referrals, company feedback etc. All WorkKingdom users have a bulletin board. You may view and post only on your bulletin board as well as the bulletin boards of your colleagues.

“Post on John’s Board” enter your text then select
POST. Your bulletin will now appear on the bulletin board.

BULLETIN DELETED icon will appear at the top of the board. You will be unable to retrieve deleted bulletins.
